2. Prepare a 2% solution by adding 10ml of Eko Day solution (through pipette) in 490ml distilled water in a labelled container.
3. Place the solution in milk analyzer working space and dip the tube (sucker) into the cleaning solution.
4. Put the analyzer in cleaning mode, set 20 cycles and press OK button.
5. When the cleaning stage is over, CLEANING END is shown on the display.
6. Discard (throw) the solution and fill the container with clean water.
7. Put the analyzer in cleaning mode, set 5 cycles and press the OK button.
8. When this procedure is done, remove the mug/container and throw away the water.
9. Fill the measuring mug with clean water and repeat this procedure 3-4 times.
NOTE: Always clean analyzer with pure water before using the cleaning agent.
Using 2% solution of the alkaline cleaner without first cleaning the analyzer for removing the fats and proteins will result in fixing the “milk stone” to the surface.
